Frank is Vice-Chair of the Human Trafficking Foundation (HTF). The HTF is a charity which grew out of the work of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Human Trafficking (Frank was previously also Vice-Chair of this group).
The HTF was created in order to support and add value to the work of the many charities and agencies operating to combat human trafficking in the UK.
Our vision is of a UK:
– which presents a hostile environment for human traffickers
– where there is widespread public awareness of the evils and existence of trafficking
– where there is tangible and accessible support for trafficking victims
– where traffickers are swiftly and effectively brought to justice
