Frank is urging the Government to give doctors the freedom to prescribe cannabis for cancer, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s sufferers for whom existing medications provide no or ineffective pain relief. Frank believes that cannabis should only be prescribed after doctors have given their judgement on its impact on pain relief as against any side effects.
